All receive the same dedicated representation and high quality legal service.

Seaton, Beck, Peters, Bowen & Feuss, P.A. is AV (highest) rated, and the shareholders have been designated as “leading lawyers,” “super lawyers” and/or “rising stars” (the top 5% or 6%) in the two major independent surveys of Minnesota lawyers. The firm’s experience and exclusive management-side labor and employment practice provide many dividends to our clients. These include: (1) all the necessary resources for top quality legal services (we maintain modest and accessible suburban offices, with the best computer systems and labor and employment law resources, but without unnecessary overhead); (2) reasonable fees (we have passed our improved efficiencies on to our clients through reasonable fees, budgeted charges, retainer and flat fee options, without compromising our high quality of legal services); (3) a practical, “problem-solving” approach for employers (our practice is focused on clients’ needs, not lawyers’ preconceptions, and seeks “real world” solutions for clients); and (4) responsiveness (we provide accessible, timely, cost-effective and quality legal services to all our employer clients, including those with 3 employees and those with 10,000 employees). Employers will get what they need from our firm when they need it – honest advice, straight answers, accessibility, responsiveness, experience, quality work, timeliness and aggressive representation at a fair price.
